Refund Policy

At BostonFirearms.com, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Please review the following policies regarding refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations:

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds on deposits or full payments for any reason.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your course, you may do so for a $20 rescheduling fee. There is a $40 rescheduling fee for the day of class or for a missed class. Please click here to reschedule and follow the instructions provided.

No Show/Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled class or cancel on the day of the class, you are responsible for full payment and will be charged a $40 rescheduling fee if you wish to book another class.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Boston Firearms:

Boston Firearms reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and move you to the next available course at no additional cost.
